OUTSTANDING BEND LOCATION IN BROKEN TOP: If you want to be in the hub of a luxury gated community and the most central location in Bend, then this location is for you. After arriving you can relax and enjoy all that Broken Top has to offer. Broken Top is a short 4-5 minute drive to Old Mill as well as the popular restaurants of Northwest Crossing.

FAMILY RENTAL ONLY - Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the property at ALL times. BROKEN TOP FACILITIES - The Broken Top Clubhouse facilities are only for Broken Top Golf Club members. Unfortunately, guests staying in Courtyards are not allowed to dine at the clubhouse, use fitness studios, pools, pickle-ball courts, or golf facilities.

NO SPEEDING - The speed in Broken Top is 26 mph, but unfortunately many have been tagged traveling as fast as double that amount. To combat the issue the BTCA Board installed traffic cameras and have begun issuing tickets that start at $250. As the Broken Top homeowner, we will be issued the tickets for our guests, and then charge that ticket to the guest. The new front gate procedures will capture the license plate and driver information for all guests.
